WalkBoston, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) advocacy organization, makes walking safer and easier in Massachusetts to encourage better health, a cleaner environment and vibrant communities. We work with rural, suburban and urban communities to enhance economic development, improve walking routes to schools and create better access to parks and trails.  We collaborate with municipal and state officials and grassroots groups, educate the public about how to advocate for walking, and showcase effective solutions for local, state and national audiences.

We are always looking for motivated graduate students that are work-study eligible for various projects.
